nights and weekends

This has been one of the most wholesome/boring weekends I've had in some time. And for someone whose idea of a busy night involves 3 hours spent outside of the house, that's saying something.



On Saturday I wore my kitty sweater from ASOS Curve, a skirt from City Chic (that I hacked off from a dress), my FAVOURITE TIGHTS EVER (of which I bought the last 4 pairs for $4 less than normal. They're being cleared out of supermarkets everywhere and I spent over 3 hours getting them. Worth it) and my new T-bars. After throwing my worn, smelly ones out over Christmas, it's so nice to have a new pair of the greatest shoes ever.

I spent the day doing housey stuff and sewing this skirt that I bought on Friday and wore on Sunday:




Dress (formerly an ankle-length, baggy situation. I altered it into this while watching The September Issue) from Savers, jacket from Evans (feat. a very bad alteration to shorten it. Thanks, safety pins!), belt from ASOS Curve, lipstick by Lipstick Queen.

I wore this to spend the day listening to talk about making $$ from YouTube, then seeing a private Andrew Keoghan show at the Cullen, feat. fancy mini hamburgers and free-flowing vino.
